Security
We use the very latest in security to protect your personal information. When you enter your credit card details on the checkout pages you are in a secure web site. Most browsers display a small padlock symbol on your browser to reassure you this is secure.
Some operating systems will display a message too stating that you are entering into a secure web site. If at any time you leave the secure area of the site , your operating system may remind you that you are leaving a secure part of the site. You will be asked if you want to cancel this reminder for future occasions.
Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over Internet.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your credit card is not charged until goods are despatched.
